Call for Applications: FAPHRS 2026

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Fellowship of the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (FAPHRS) 2026.

The FAPHRS designation recognizes APHRS members who have made significant contributions to the field of cardiac electrophysiology and to the advancement of the Society.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must: 

1. Be an APHRS Regular Member in good standing for at least five (5) years.
2. Be registered to attend the APHRS 2026 Busan onsite. Details of the FAPHRS Convocation Ceremony will be announced in due course.

Required Supporting Documents:

Please prepare the following documents for submission:

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. A brief description of your significant contribution to the medical science of cardiac arrhythmias, together with a list of five (5) to ten (10) representative publications.
3. A summary of your scientific contributions to previous APHRS Annual Scientific Sessions.
4. A summary of your leadership roles, committee involvement, and other contributions to APHRS.
5. A list of awards and honours received in the field of cardiac electrophysiology, including: Name of Award, Year Received, and Awarding Organization.

Application Submission

1. Combine all five (5) supporting documents into a single PDF file.
2. Name the file as follows: FAPHRS 2026 Application – [Your Full Name]
3. Email the PDF file to office@aphrs.org with the subject line: FAPHRS 2026 Application – [Your Full Name]

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by 30 June 2026, 23:59 SGT.
